Change to Booking a Paratransit Trip
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 19, 2026
- Receive info about your trip(s), book the pick-up and drop-off trip(s), and confirm the time(s) during the initial call. You will be contacted if there is any change.
- As with now, your ride may be scheduled up to ONE HOUR BEFORE and up to ONE HOUR AFTER your requested trip time, and the vehicle may arrive 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after time stated. The vehicle will hold 5 minutes.
- Confirmation calls will no longer be needed. You will receive the information right away with the initial call. You will not have to wait to know your trip information!
