Clipper 2 cards available at Tri Delta Transit
March 2, 2026
Clipper, the Bay Areas all in one transit card, started upgrading the original Clipper system on December 10th to Clipper 2 – a robust platform with many benefits such as cloud based funds, managing family members cards, transferring balances, contactless bankcards, applications online, and more.
As the system continues to be upgraded, Tri Delta Transit is happy to announce that we have Adult, Senior and Youth Clipper 2 cards available at our administration offices – 801 Wilbur Avenue. Your current Clipper card works, but if you don’t have a Clipper card you can come to our office to receive and load funds to a new Clipper card. Keep in mind for Youth cards a passport, drivers license or birth certificate is needed to register a card.
So come down for your Clipper card today!
