Replaces current Route 380 service via Gentrytown Dr, James Donlon Blvd, and Contra Loma Blvd to provide improved access to Antioch High School during school times.

Route 383 is being rebranded Route 362. It connects the Tri Delta Transit office with Antioch BART, Oakley, and Brentwood, and is one of the lowest ridership routes operated by Tri Delta Transit.
Due to low ridership and duplication of service with Route 391, Route 362’s schedule is being adjusted to only serve Freedom High School’s bell times. There will be one morning and one afternoon trip. The alignment has also been adjusted to serve more residential areas adjacent to Main St in Oakley, providing improved connections between schools and residential neighborhoods.
