Tri Delta Transit’s Return/Refund Policy


Day Passes

Unused Day Passes that have not expired may be exchanged for an equal value of tickets of another type without a receipt. If a valid receipt accompanies the unused, unexpired tickets, a refund can be issued by check request. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
Day Passes that are expired are not refundable or exchangeable.

Punch Passes

Unused Punch Passes may be exchanged for an equal value of tickets of another type without a receipt. A punch pass with at least one space punched is considered used and will not be refunded or exchanged. If a valid receipt accompanies the unused punch pass, a refund can be issued by check request. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

Monthly Passes

Unvalidated Monthly Passes or Monthly Passes that have been validated for future months may be exchanged for an equal value of tickets of another type without a receipt. Unvalidated Monthly Passes or Monthly Passes that have been validated for future months that are accompanied by a valid receipt are refundable by check request. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
Monthly Passes that have been validated for current or past months are not refundable or exchangeable.

Note: All tickets submitted for refund or exchange are subject to review by Tri Delta Transit management. Any ticket deemed to be counterfeit or stolen will be confiscated and the requestor denied any of the above privileges
