One Halloween night a long time ago, bus #1313 left the bus stop with passengers headed for a Halloween party. But the bus never arrived. In fact, it was never seen again…

Legend has it that this mysterious bus and its passengers arrive every October to deliver fun treats and goodies to good ghouls and boys. No ticket is required to board the bus. Just a good Halloween spirit and a hearty "Trick or Treat!"
